I had a good experience at Chick-fil-A. The place was recently renovated, and it looks much better now — very clean, modern, and comfortable.
The service is impressive. Even when the line is very long, they are well organized and move quickly, so the wait time is not as bad as it seems.
The sandwiches are well presented and the prices are reasonable. However, I personally didn’t love the seasoning of the chicken — it’s just not my favorite.
Overall, it’s a good place with great organization and a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting.Stopped by for a quick snack and ordered the chicken filet combo. The food was good and fresh, and the service was fast. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of ice in the drinks. Even when asking for “light ice” or “no ice,” sometimes the cup still comes packed with ice, leaving very little actual drink. Other than that, everything was good.

This location is close to my house so I stop here whenever Im in a rush or out for lunch. Today i stopped by to get two of the SW salads. I was very disappointed by the quality i received. There was very little chicken in the salad the lettuce had that orange rust color it usually gets when it is not fresh. I didn’t expect that Chick-fil-A. You have a good name but it only takes one person who doesn’t care to ruin it.

The only downside to this location is how curbside orders are consistently deprioritized in favor of the drive-thru. Today, I placed an order ahead of time and selected curbside pickup. I checked in at space 16 and received a notification saying my order would be brought out within 5–10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, I received another alert asking if I had received my order. I selected “no” and waited an additional 5 minutes before deciding to go inside. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw my order sitting on the counter.
I let the employee know that I had been waiting curbside the entire time. This is now the third time this has happened at this location. I understand the importance of keeping drive-thru times efficient, but curbside customers should not be overlooked. All patrons deserve the same level of service.

Every single time I go to this location the order is messed up. Either totally missing items, items made incorrectly, given diet coke instead of regular, etc. This time was no different. Gave me grilled nuggets instead of mac n cheese. Tried to call 7 times to get a manager with using extension 704. The line puts you on hold then automatically hangs up. What stellar customer service, not. Won’t be back to this location. It was idiotic of me to assume that going back after several mishaps that this time would be different. Read the other reviews with the exact same issue. This place consistently takes people’s money and then does not give what you pay for. Save your blood pressure and go somewhere else.
