I have to give a huge shoutout to Kendrick, the manager at this Culver’s! His customer service was top-notch — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely caring. You don’t see that kind of energy or professionalism much these days, especially at a fast food place. My food was fresh and tasty, and the onion rings were perfect! Great prices too. Hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Keep it up, Kendrick and team! 👏🍔🍟 Ohhhh and the chocolate ice cream was great!

Wonderful! Despite the crowd inside and out, my food was delish and freshly made. No pre-made sandwiches. The dining room was clean, and my order took about 15 minutes. I'd wait 15 minutes anytime if it means the food will come out hot and fresh. I had the deluxe double with bacon with cheese curds and a side of jalapeño cheese curds.

We love going to Culver’s. This was only my second time eating at Culver’s and it was great. I had the fried cod, fish sandwich and my husband had the sourdough patty melt. We also had an order of onion rings. For dessert, we had the salted pecan caramel ice cream parfait and it was absolutely delicious. The dessert was free as I filled out the customer survey that was on our receipt and they gave us the free dessert. Make sure you do that before leaving the restaurant.
Lastly, the staff was so friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was also very clean.

Thank you Culver's for NOT being local! I would be 900lbs.
Best fast food we have ever had. By far. Not even close.
Juicy and delicious "butter burgers". Amazing onion rings (Burger King should be ashamed).
The cheese curds were a favorite for everyone. Especially the 6 year old.
Leave room for dessert. The frozen custard is worth forcing even if full.
Fantastic service. All smiles and pretty quick.

If I cannot give any stars, that would be great, but unfortunately, I have to mark one star it was Very unprofessional, unethical , immature environment . Entire place needs operational training ! I ordered ahead of time. I asked for numerous updates nicely and saw that after waiting over 20 mins the drive through orders were being assisted and prioritized over curbside so we pulled into drive thru asking to speak to a manager and denied that manager NEVER came to the window but rather sent a cook to give us a warning the police was on the way With no leadership skills which all we inquired for was either our food we waited over 30 minutes for at that point Or a refund when the Authorities arrived to ask us what happened I simply explained this To them, and I also went inside with authorities in which was the only time I made contact with the manager, Jasmine to inquire again for a refund And was mocked and laughed at and insulted verbally It was said that I was not getting a refund that I will need to cancel online & after was TRESPASSED !
