I ordered a kids chicken and pasta to go w a side of corn on the cob and was given this. When questioned I got a “it’s still corn”. Well, it is still not what I ordered. For nearly $10 I’d expect to have a meal that will feed a kid, not a squirrel. I order this exact meal monthly and this is a fraction of how it usually comes. Where’s the missing 75% of my food? My drink wasn’t even correct. I ordered a sprite and received flat sour tasting water. To make matters worse, the woman handling the to go orders was rude af and condescending when questioned about the order. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Apparently making things right isn’t a shared value at this Chili’s.
Perfect place for a get-together or family night. We watch sports, chat, drink, and always eat well at Chili's! This location, in particular, was great. Wonderful service, plenty of parking, and the drinks were superb, even on a busy Friday night. Highly recommend.
Food was great, but JOHN was the MAN! Absolutely CRUSHED the device as our waiter and over all was a great experience. Had a few drinks and some fajitas and they were amazing as always. Will definitely return next time I am in town! Make sure if you go, see if you can get John as your waiter, cannot recommend him ENOUGH!
I love that they have the option for me to join the waitlist before arriving because this place can get pretty busy. I’m a fan of the 2 for 1 drinks. Margaritas specials are also great. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really delicious and then there are times when it’s so dry and hard that I can’t even finish it. I’ve never had a issue with the service and everyone’s always friendly. Cleanliness can use a little work. Our tables and booths can use a wipe down before seating guests. Needless to say, I’m here for the drinks. That’s all lol!
Great customer service! My daughter didn’t like something that she ordered and the manager Ronnie and waitress Evelyn was so nice and accommodating. I’m not from here and this is the best service I have received in a long time!! Qudos to them and their team! Items were brought out piping hot and fresh! Definitely recommend and give them a try!!! My first time at a Chilis and I will definitely come back when I come back to Florida.
