Ate here tonight with family. Less than competent register experience. Then a 30 minute wait with hungry kids. Food was good. Most of the drink syrups were out. “We don’t do water cups” I was also told. Good thing we bought 3 drinks for soda water. Wouldn’t have left a review until I looked back at my receipt and saw I’d been charged at $9.27 tip. I tapped my card to pay and was never given the option. Cashier must have added it himself. Now I have to call corporate tomorrow to try to get $9 back that I never agreed to. Don’t be shady with people. Especially when you already weren’t very helpful (still got sauce on the burger we clearly said 3 times—no sauce).

Second time I ordered from Uber Eats. Second time it’s terrible!!! Ordered Vegefi burger green style. Got some floppy weak romaine lettuce, like 2 pieces. No tomatoes onions or pickles. That come with it. Nothing! I paid for xtra burgerfi sauce? None! My French fries were the bottom of the barrel! Soggy and all little pieces. No fries here! I called and the manager tells me : sorry take it up with Uber eats. I get it. But take responsibility. They know we aren’t coming in or driving back so they just do what they want to to go orders. It’s not hard. The orders there. Don’t waste your time ordering out!!!

Mr. Handsome smiley here. The energy greetings quality of service and food was absolutely phenomenal. Ms. Terry succeeded at fulfilling that for me. I am super full my burger was amazing my truffle fries were exactly as requested && ive reached my calorie intake for the day. I could only be satisfied more if i had another stomach

1st off let's start off buy saying. It's all in the BEEF.... ☺️ I haven't had a good burger in years. The owner cooked my food and my fried egg was the bomb I've been eating here 3days straight but now I must rest because my sexy body will disappear 😂😂

Every time that we’ve ever come, this place has been clean. The staff has been friendly, and the food has been great. Today was no exception my kids ordered milkshakes and they brought them out with stacked whipped cream and lots of sprinkles. They were really excited about it. We will continue to coming back to this one. Staff is great.
