My first time shopping at this location turned out to be a complete disaster. I had to throw away all the food because nothing was edible. The burgers I ordered were completely burnt, and the fries were raw and cold. It was simply inedible.
Speed of service was far below expectations. Four people in the kitchen, yet seemed nothing was coming out to anybody. I watched a young boy wait at the counter just for ask for an additional sauce for nearly 15 minutes. I give him so much credit for patience. My food took 30 minutes to come out, and there was no line prior my arrival. Food was quite charred/burnt. Atmosphere was uncleanly, and the homeless man didn’t help (refer to photo).
I make an order online for a fries no salt I get burned dry fries with salt. This is unbelievable how is this restaurants so expensive and they can’t make an order properly made. This is 0 star fast food restaurant.
Everyone at BurgerFi was super friendly and welcoming. My burger was insanely good, and cooked to how I like it . Seriously, the cook deserves a raise. This is my fifth time coming to this location and it never fails , whether it’s a line or not the staff on top of food is always what it’s supposed to be . Had to leave a review because the food they brought out was perfect .
⭐ 1 Star – If I could give zero, I would. Location: BurgerFi – Coral Springs Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had — and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time here. I gave them too many chances, but this last visit sealed it. I’m vegan. I ordered a green-style burger (no bun) they brought it out with buns after 30 minutes of waiting. Not only did they forget my order entirely, they also forgot where I was sitting. My wife had to go inside just to remind them we exist. No apology. No urgency. When they finally remade it, they still got it wrong again. I had to walk in AGAIN after another 20 minutes just to find my food sitting there cold. No one brought it to our table like they were supposed to. I hadn’t even eaten all day. Third time’s the charm? Nope. I bite into what should’ve been my green-style vegan burger and it’s covered in BurgerFi sauce (which has mayo). I go back in, ask for the manager — who I had already spoken to earlier — and the guy couldn’t care less. No apology. No accountability. Just blank stares and a dismissive “you’ll have to wait a minute, bro.” Wait for what? You’ve already wasted an hour of my time and still can’t get a simple vegan order right — even after three tries. I had to yell just to get a response. This isn’t customer service — it’s straight disrespect. I finally said enough is enough, tossed the food back, and walked out. Save yourself the headache. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or just expect basic human decency when dining out, BurgerFi Coral Springs will disappoint you every time. Calling corporate next — this team needs a total reset. I was going to this burger fi for years. I’ll never be back again!
