Mr. Handsome smiley here. The energy greetings quality of service and food was absolutely phenomenal. Ms. Terry succeeded at fulfilling that for me. I am super full my burger was amazing my truffle fries were exactly as requested && ive reached my calorie intake for the day. I could only be satisfied more if i had another stomach

Yesterday was the last time I will ever give my business to BurgerFi, at least their Coral Springs location. I stopped there after a long work day to pick up dinner for the family, it was three orders of fries and three burgers easy enough for a burger joint right? Well unfortunately upon receiving my order the “manager” Calvin (whom I didn’t know was the manager at the time) assured me that everything was in the bag including the six sauces ($0.75 a piece btw) I ordered, but when I got back to the car and checked the bag there were in fact three sauces missing, and I fortunately knew to check as pretty much every other time I’ve gone there to pick up food or have had it delivered, there is always a missing/wrong item or just inconsistent food quality (I’ve gotten food poisoning before from this location thanks to very undercooked burgers) so I walk back inside to then wait again for the remaining sauces, and the “manager” immediately instead of apologizing for basically lying to my face asks if I’m sure I ordered six and which ones they were. So after calmly explaining and getting my remaining sauces and being on my way, I assumed all was well, but once I got home my family and I quickly realized that missing sauces weren’t the only issue. My dad’s burger had uncooked onions when they were supposed to be cooked, and my sister’s HAMburger had cheese on it and she’s lactose intolerant, as well as uncooked onions which she didn’t even order, not only that but her order of fries was missing entirely, and aside from all that the overall food quality across the board was atrocious. So then I call the restaurant, and a girl answers very friendly and professionally and I tell her what’s wrong, she has no ability to issue a refund so she hands me off to the manager Calvin who was the same person I dealt with at the restaurant, and who pretty much immediately started off unprofessionally and was becoming increasingly more aggressive towards me, admittedly I was not happy and getting a bit worked up, but only because of the way this joke of a manager was acting. After playing 20 questions with me and telling me I’d then have to bring the food back just so they could throw it out and issue a refund, I tried to explain that half the food was already thrown out or was never in the order to begin with, and to please just issue a refund as I would not be going through this whole ordeal for if the order was just correct/good quality in the first place, as it’s not about the money it’s the principle, and I certainly was not driving back there after our dinner was already ruined. After becoming even more aggressive towards me, my sister took over the call with a cool head, and tried to get him to just calm down and issue us a refund already so we could all go about our Friday evening. However he had a temper tantrum like a toddler and put her on hold without saying anything, which after several minutes we got the same girl back again, who informed us that she called the owner who then said we’d in fact have to return the food in order to receive a refund, not only do I find it hard to believe they actually called the owner, but that refund policy is so hilariously stupid, we just laughed and told her we’d do a chargeback and let the credit card company handle it. I truly hope the “manager” Calvin is fired soon and that since he wouldn’t let us get a word in edgewise hopefully he’ll see this review too, and to be honest that Coral Springs location has always had nothing but problems over the years, and this was definitely the final straw. Anyways that’s all 😌✌🏼 EDIT: The owner of this location (at least that's what it says here) responded to my review very quickly, and even reached out to me before I saw his response here and immediately processed a full refund for me. Idk what Calvin was talking about needing to bring the food back for, unless they made an exception for me for this very stupid refund policy lol, regardless I'm just happy I got a refund, because of that I'm changing my review from one star to three.

Amazing restaurant, Terri served us today and she was amazing! Asked us about our day, our names, and provided amazing service overall. Food came in quickly, delivered to us. I would recommend!

The staff is amazing and friendly. The Manager Peter is very professional and welcoming. New management seems to have made a positive impact. The Urban and Truffle fries are sooo good, they cut the fries in house so they are never frozen and always fresh. The Burgers are high quality meat. This will definitely be my go to burger place.

I’m leaving this review because this was genuinely the best customer service I’ve received in years. Teri was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, funny, friendly, and made the whole experience such a pleasure. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers she serves. BurgerFi is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Thank you, Teri, for making my experience so great! ❤️
