Marcus was fantastic, very welcoming with a lot of energy and positivity. We ate there and I observed him doing all his tasks whether it was cleaning the bathroom area or answering phones with a supreme level of enthusiasm and care. Hopefully he is made aware of this and shown his excellent service is being recognized.
Just moved out here from Vegas. My two favorite places back there are JJ’s and EOS. Well what a clutch combination out here. You got them side by side. Plus ! The cool team at JJ’s to back up that atmosphere. 100 thanks you guys for making me feel at home.
The service is excellent. Also the totally Tuna sub sandwich is so delicious. The employee Malik did a fantastic job. He is so helpful and kind. He did an outstanding job.
Not the best sub but I liked it. Sub was pretty big so I would say it's a good value compared to Subway since the quality is much higher. I dislike that they don't have a lot of options, for example, the only cheese they have is provolone for some reason. This is the second Jimmy John's I've tried and the quality is pretty uniform. If you get the 16'' sub it's more meat than the buy one get one 1/2 off from Subway so technically it's a better value and the quality is higher. The online ordering system is pretty easy to use as well. I like the restaurant as it has a bunch of inspirational messages on the walls and a fountain soda machine with Coca Cola. Personally I prefer this to Jersey Mike's since Jersey Mikes only serves Pepsi. I think subs from Jersey Mikes are a bit tastier and more varied than these, though. Jimmy John's is basically just 20 variations on the Italian sub with provolone cheese. It isn't bad but it's a once-in-a-while type of restaurant purely because I get sick of the menu options even though the quality is there. The staff is also very friendly and the food is always delivered on time. Restaurant is clean and updated.
Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted with smiles from all members of the team. I ordered the turkey and bacon unwich and it was extremely delicious.
