I ordered five Chipotle bowls for dinner with the usual—rice, beans, chicken, corn, and lettuce. We got home, opened the bags, and… what the heck is this? The portions were ridiculously small, like baby-sized servings. We’ve ordered the same thing plenty of times before, and this was nowhere near the normal amount. For the price, this was beyond disappointing.Come on, Chipotle!!! if I’m paying full price, I expect a full meal, not a half empty bowl.

Waiting 20min in store for an order that was placed online. Arrived 15min after it was placed. Poor kid was by himself with at least 10 orders and not one of the other employees even walked over to help. I kept getting told its coming while they were doing nothing but talking audibly about their personal lives. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and unexceptable.

Once again I received someone else’s order. you can’t call the store and explain to them what happened. You get lost in a menu and they tell you to email them or they sent you an email. There is no more customer service from these people. Truly, the lowest common denominator must work there, because nine times out of 10 my order is always wrong. They do a lot of refunding. They probably would make a lot more profit if they actually got people’s orders right. I don’t know who Melissa Sousa is, but I have her order. Lol

Wow the service here was terrible today on April 3rd. The staff is screaming and playing around while treating customers poorly. Like so bad they told my disable cousin they could not put the burrito on the grill to sear it to make it easier to hold while he eats like EVERY location has.
By 5PM they were running low on everything and instead of replacing the empty containers they would rather scrape from the bottom of the pan. I asked for new rice since it was clearly the last scraps and they young man said he’s not allowed because he gave me tow scoops of the dry bottom of the barrel that he basically has to scrape off the bottom. There were hard pieces of rices that hurt my tooth
As if turning around right behind him a FRESH batch of rice
I asked for chicken and steak as I walk up there is a brand new chicken and the steak had couple pieces scraps at the bottom. The same young man really thought he was going to put the scraps and call it a scoop. I switched to double chicken.
Then the rude young lady who asked “do I want any anything?” Instead of which toppings would I like as if she didn’t want to put any toppings on and then huffed and puffed like she was annoyed to do her job.
I understand these are students probably 17 or 18 but a chipotle shouldn’t feel like a high school concession stand.
This location is going to go down the drain from not properly training and allowing them to flirt and play around while people are spending $15+ on 1 chicken bowl.

Today was an awesome experience. Great customer service from the team working. So friendly. Which is unheard of nowadays. I hope I spell everyone’s name correctly lol. Aiden has great teamwork with Andre. Brian went above and beyond. He heard us asking about the new chicken. Made a new batch while we sat and patiently waited. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better. Nyimah (hope I spelled it right) rounded of the experience off checking me out. Making sure I had everything I needed and was able to scan my barcode. Thank you again to these individuals!
