Absolutely unbelievably terrible experience at Olive Garden in the city of Coral Springs. On a Tuesday night — not even busy — we waited over 30 minutes for our order. Then my Seafood Alfredo arrived looking completely ridiculous: barely any pasta, an outrageous amount of Alfredo sauce, and almost no seafood. Where were the noodles and seafood that were actually paid for? The entire meal was extremely disappointing, especially during what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. The only thing that slightly improved the situation was the manager at least acknowledging the issue, removing the bad meal from the bill, and offering a side of pasta. Not exactly a great solution, but at least some effort was made. That being said, after having to complain about the quality of the food, the last thing anyone wants is additional food brought back out from the kitchen. Needless to say, what should have been a memorable birthday dinner turned into a complete nightmare. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I understand the economy is difficult for many businesses, but charging full price while serving what looked like half a meal is completely unrealistic and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience overall.
This restaurant has authentic Italian food the pasta was so delicious minestrone soup like my grandmother used to make and a very great salad too you must check it out and their prices are extremely reasonable get over there right away
Had to wait about 15min. No big deal. Marcus took our orders, and got them down perfectly. A real friendly waiter great guy. Food was great no issues. Atmosphere was family-oriented and Friendly
On Thanksgiving Eve My Mom And Dad Were Going To Get Some Wallpaper To Decorate Our Loft and Office But We Stopped Here To Have Lunch And I Was Just So Hyper Because I Heard The Food Was Delicioso! I ordered Fries Mozzarella Kids Meal Cheese Pizza “w fries Lasagna Classico Breadsticks
Man this year was great! I usually visit once a year when Im home from base. And this time was just the same, I met Kaitlin at the OG ToGo counter. She made sure I felt welcome. Her communication and customer service skills were top tier. That is amazing and appreciated. I don't need to talk about the food because it ALWAYS is.
