Best brisket around equally matched by the service from the staff ! The food is consistently good And the staff is consistently welcoming. The manager came out and she asked me how my meal was very attentive and alert. I will bring my family back
Really good BBQ fix. I recommend the 2X2 plate that comes with two meat and two side choices. Brisket gets a 8.5/10 salty, peppery, and tender. The peppery sausage is a 6.5/10 was a bit dry. They have in house BBQ sauce that has a spicy honey mustard kick 10/10. For the sides definitely get the mac and cheese 10/10, I tried the potato casserole but to me it tasted heavy on the onion seasoning and undercooked 2/10. For drinks they have Pepsi beverages which I’m not a fan of but their in-house sweet tea gets a 10/10! They have both high stool and regular height seating inside a Texas inspired dining area. Outdoors seating is also available if you don’t want to smell like a BBQ pit after eating. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed and stressed out but they still provided friendly service.
Slow and greasy, meat was very fatty. See video. I ordered to go and it took quite a long time of me just standing there while my tray was on the other side of the glass. I just ordered the stuff that was in front of me so it would be faster but it still took over 15 minutes. They were unorganized and although they were very friendly, it is definitely not a place I will go back to. There were maybe only six people sitting at the tables inside but a line of 8 to 10 people behind me ordering. We were all waiting there. The food was inadequate. I ordered the pulled pork and it was just one big slab of pork that is not pulled apart at all and is held together by all of the fatty pieces. No seasoning or sauce on it. Definitely a waste of $10.
They changed the coop tenders. These used to be my favorite meal here. Large, thick, and juicy tenders that had a unique breading to them. Even though it was just the tenders, it was a LOT of meat. I went in and ordered my usual and was presented with something much different from what I was used to. I included a picture but it was 3 rinky-dink tenders for $9. I got a kids meal tenders for my kids which also had 3 pieces of chicken and overall more meat than what I got. They also got a drink, side, and cookie for less money. I guess next time I come I’ll just order off of the kids menu. Still tastes great but what I go was close to half of the meat I expected
Best bbq spot in this area 10/10. Service is great too the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this place to everyone who loves bbq or eating out in general.
