My mother took us for a nice seafood 🎣 dinner at the Coral Springs Red Lobster 🦞. The food and service were good. However I found the crab legs to be bit skimpy on the Ultimate Feast. Seams in the past they were a bit more robust. Other then that, everything was great. 💯 Our server was friendly and the food came out fast. 👍 We will definitely return again. 😀 :)
This restaurant used to be 4 or 5 star but ever since covid the service and the quality of their food has gone down hill. Last night we went here for my wife's birthday dinner the parking lot was like ghost town for a Saturday night. It was 7:30 and no wait for seating. The server was quick to our table with rolls (which were COLD). He took our drink order and my wife ordered an appetizer. He was quick to return with our drinks and an apology that they did not have mushrooms and that they were out of napkins. He returned again 5 minutes later to take our order with another apology that they were short staffed in the back and that it might take a little longer to get our meal ready. Fast forward to 9:00 our meals finally came out. The presentation on the plate was like a 6 year old threw it on the plate. We then noticed we had never been given utensils and it took another 5 minutes to get them. After the dinner my wife wanted to use her reward for her birthday dessert and they surprised her with this huge plate with this small piece of chocolate cake and a scoop of half melted ice cream and sang her their birthday song Once again the 6 year old must have worked on this because on the rest of the plate was letters written in red cake decoration SHELL A BRATE But I've gone on long enough im sure you get it. One last thing we did not get out of there until 10 o'clock
I don’t get all the hate towards this restaurant. I took my husband here for his birthday dinner and let me start with I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE FOOD!!!! First off our waitress was the best ever. I’m not sure what her name was but she’s a slim tall young lady maybe Indian, she was the best ever and thank you for being you. The seafood boil was delicious, the damn biscuits were absolutely amazing and warm when they came out, the calamari was the best I’ve ever had from any other restaurant. I am so impressed with red lobster I really don’t have any words. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you for the great experience.
Gigi was our server, she was awesome!!!! We had the endless shrimp. The food was great. Gigi really shined though which made our experience even better. She was friendly and prompt. It was like she read our minds🤣. Much love to red lobster and Gigi❤️
The dining room was empty, around 5 tables. The kitchen seemed to be moving a bit slow, as our food took around 25 minutes to arrive after ordering. When it did, the seafood boil was good – well-seasoned and enjoyable. Overall, the food was just okay, not spectacular, but not bad either. If they can speed up the food delivery, it would definitely improve the experience.
