We arrived at this First Watch location for a quick bite as returning customers. This spot was known to us as a good First Watch til our last visit. We walked in and was greeted by the host and was seated with menus promptly. Our table was beyond sticky and crusted with food residue which our host helped us wipe down. To add no server acknowledged us for over 20 mins same for a table who was sitting across from us on a slow day only 4 tables in includingours. I returned to the host stand and ask were there any servers available no one came to or table. He then notified the server Brittany who then came to our table in not a good mood, non welcoming no smile or pep. She took our order then returned with our drinks and offered water. There glassware was dirty and had residues along with their silverware 🤢 .I ordered their special dragon blazed fresh juice which I returned cause it wasn't fresh verybtart and dull. We then received our meals, my husband ordered the roast beef sandwich which he enjoyed and met his expectations in freshness. My barbacoa tacos were cold from the tortillas to the beef . My order was remade while I was provide with a cup of soup for the wait. Our server apologized then promptly told us she will be leaving for the day so we checked out.
First time customers. Sat fairly quickly even with a wait list, on a busy holiday. Good service, food came out quick. Tasty! Can’t wait to try other menu items.
They were very busy on a Saturday morning. Order got messed up but the manager made it right. Great service, great food and I am looking forward to coming back next week.
