My husband used to eat at a 4 rivers in Orlando and we were excited to try this location. Parking is easy, restaurant is clean, there were only 2 people in front of us in line… to say we waited was an understatement. There were plenty of staff but they were moving so slow. We waited in line for over 20 Minutes just staring at the inefficient employees as the line behind us grew. I then watched the girl at the cash register handle meat with her black gloves then touch the cash register, then put corn bread on my plate. All without changing gloves and while getting meat grease on everything she touched. I felt as though I was on a hidden camera show with how slow everyone was moving. The food was then gross and neither my husband nor I finished our meals. Would not return to this location.
Best brisket around equally matched by the service from the staff ! The food is consistently good And the staff is consistently welcoming. The manager came out and she asked me how my meal was very attentive and alert. I will bring my family back
Really good BBQ fix. I recommend the 2X2 plate that comes with two meat and two side choices. Brisket gets a 8.5/10 salty, peppery, and tender. The peppery sausage is a 6.5/10 was a bit dry. They have in house BBQ sauce that has a spicy honey mustard kick 10/10. For the sides definitely get the mac and cheese 10/10, I tried the potato casserole but to me it tasted heavy on the onion seasoning and undercooked 2/10. For drinks they have Pepsi beverages which I’m not a fan of but their in-house sweet tea gets a 10/10! They have both high stool and regular height seating inside a Texas inspired dining area. Outdoors seating is also available if you don’t want to smell like a BBQ pit after eating. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed and stressed out but they still provided friendly service.
Slow and greasy, meat was very fatty. See video. I ordered to go and it took quite a long time of me just standing there while my tray was on the other side of the glass. I just ordered the stuff that was in front of me so it would be faster but it still took over 15 minutes. They were unorganized and although they were very friendly, it is definitely not a place I will go back to. There were maybe only six people sitting at the tables inside but a line of 8 to 10 people behind me ordering. We were all waiting there. The food was inadequate. I ordered the pulled pork and it was just one big slab of pork that is not pulled apart at all and is held together by all of the fatty pieces. No seasoning or sauce on it. Definitely a waste of $10.
My fiance and I went in for a taste testing for our upcoming wedding. Dante the manager was so nice and very passionate and knowledgeable about the food. Rightfully so because the food was amazing! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for wedding catering. Robin the coordinator has been great and Dante was amazing. After today we feel confident we are making the right choice for our wedding caterer. :)
