Loved it! It was my first time coming here, after a long day we wanted something quick! We stopped by, and there was a wait time to be seated, however we sat in the bar area and the booths was opened, so we didn’t have to wait at all. We were greeted right away, and our server took our drinks order and an appetizer order. We ordered 10 wings a she was able to make it 2 different flavors, lemon pepper and something bbq (Asian bbq?) which I didn’t care for. I tried the hibiscus blood orange margarita, and they did not skimp on the alcohol! One will put you back! The chicken Alfredo was delicious, and a very hefty portion. Jason had a Nashville sandwich, and he surely enjoyed it! I liked this place for its ambience and sports vibe. I will definitely be coming back, and I can’t wait to try other times from their menu!
I wish I could leave 0 stars, but I can’t. I ordered online through their website. I requested a hamburger with no cheese and no sauce (as evidenced on one of the pictures attached to this review). When I arrived, I simply took the order and left. When I got to my destination, I saw that the hamburger had cheese and sauce. I noticed that the slip stated “add cheese, no sauce”. I decided to call the restaurant to explain the situation and get a refund or something because I can’t eat the food. I spoke to the manager, and he proceeded to tell me that the slip said add cheese and that he didn’t think I was lying (like why would I lie for something so simple as that) and if I wished, I could return to the restaurant (too far) for another burger. He also proceeded to give me advice (unsolicited and not the moment whatsoever from a customer service failure resolution standpoint) and told me that next time, make sure to check the food, like if it were my fault. I asked him to issue me a gift card and asked for my email since he couldn’t issue the refund expeditiously (had to go to corporate and all that). It’s been almost a week, and I didn’t receive anything. So obviously, there’s a failure in their ordering system, and definitely, staff needs training in service failure resolution.
Went to BJ's to try out their happy hour at the bar. We tried some appetizers and and pizza for $7 each. Everything was excellent and Joselyn gave real attentive service. Would reccomend and will return in the future. :)
We got there when they first opened at 11. Our server was so nice & also very knowledgeable. I got the chicken parm and my boyfriend got the shrimp jambalaya bowl. The food was delicious. The jambalaya had a mild spiciness to it. The serving size was pretty big. I would definitely go back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! Carrie was our server, and she was absolutely amazing; friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. I also wanted to recognize the tall busser who helped our table. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly polite, hardworking, and always had a smile on his face. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely cares about providing great service. Between the excellent food and outstanding hospitality, this was a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
