I had a wonderful experience at Bolay. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was very kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was clean, well prepared, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. I truly enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

this is way better than chipotle!!! There was line when i came but it disappeared in like 5 seconds since the people manning the front were very professional, friendly, and quick. There were 3 people who helped serve me and if i remember correctly 2 of there names were Isaiah and David, i may be wrong i just took a glance since one was making my bowl and the other one processed the payment. The third guy I have no clue what his name was but he was in like a purple collared shirt and when I asked for chicken thigh he was like the flash and got it from the back quick his name started with a C i think. Overall a great experience with great food, staff, and very clean dining room would HIGHLY recommend this place especially the lemon chicken!!! one thing i wish was different however is having a guest wifi other than that 10 out of 10!!

First time here! So delicious! The layout reminds me of a chipotle. Options are amazing. I had a Jazmine rice bowl with teriyaki chicken, beans, sweet potato, feta cheese, & a creamy garlic dressing. Super filling. I would definitely go back!

I used to love Bolay but unfortunately as of early 2025 it’s gone downhill. I used to DoorDash all the time until I noticed I kept getting crunchy hard rice. I gave it another chance and got crunchy undercooked rice again and then the third time I noticed I was too forgiving because of course I got undercooked rice but also my scoop of chicken was nothing but chicken nerve endings and tendons. This was all summer of 2025. Last night my boyfriend and i decided to try again after almost a year. Not only did we arrive to wait because they didn’t have any chicken available. They had no garlic sauce ready either knowing these are the most commonly requested items. We sat down to eat when I notice that a large portion of my chicken was all strung together but also…raw. My boyfriend immediately grabbed my plate and threw it away and we left to get food elsewhere. Apart from my very crunchy rice of course because we can’t forget that! Very disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend, family, and I, will never return to this Bolay ever again. Apart from the lack of preparation from the team, so disappointed in how the food quality has declined. 😔

Wow, Bolay has amazing dishes! The sweet potato glass noodles are absolutely delicious—so flavorful and unlike anything I’ve had before. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!
