this is way better than chipotle!!! There was line when i came but it disappeared in like 5 seconds since the people manning the front were very professional, friendly, and quick. There were 3 people who helped serve me and if i remember correctly 2 of there names were Isaiah and David, i may be wrong i just took a glance since one was making my bowl and the other one processed the payment. The third guy I have no clue what his name was but he was in like a purple collared shirt and when I asked for chicken thigh he was like the flash and got it from the back quick his name started with a C i think. Overall a great experience with great food, staff, and very clean dining room would HIGHLY recommend this place especially the lemon chicken!!! one thing i wish was different however is having a guest wifi other than that 10 out of 10!!

I used to love Bolay but unfortunately as of early 2025 it’s gone downhill. I used to DoorDash all the time until I noticed I kept getting crunchy hard rice. I gave it another chance and got crunchy undercooked rice again and then the third time I noticed I was too forgiving because of course I got undercooked rice but also my scoop of chicken was nothing but chicken nerve endings and tendons. This was all summer of 2025. Last night my boyfriend and i decided to try again after almost a year. Not only did we arrive to wait because they didn’t have any chicken available. They had no garlic sauce ready either knowing these are the most commonly requested items. We sat down to eat when I notice that a large portion of my chicken was all strung together but also…raw. My boyfriend immediately grabbed my plate and threw it away and we left to get food elsewhere. Apart from my very crunchy rice of course because we can’t forget that! Very disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend, family, and I, will never return to this Bolay ever again. Apart from the lack of preparation from the team, so disappointed in how the food quality has declined. 😔

I’m extremely disappointed with the recent quality of food at BOLAY. Last time, I received moldy, squished avocados, and this time, I was served burnt, roasted sweet potatoes. Roasted sweet potatoes don’t EQUAL or mean it’s burnt; they should be cooked to a desirable texture. Burnt food is unappetizing and can be harmful to health. As a regular customer who’s been coming to Bolay for a while and prioritizes healthy food options, I’m highly frustrated that the quality has deteriorated. The Kale salad, which used to be my favorite, was very dry and unappetizing, It’s usually mixed with a light dressing and they didn’t even include that so it was very hard to enjoy it. The fact that I peed $17 plus for a plate of food that I couldn’t enjoy is not right and a waste of my money. The worst part is They only gave me Five pieces of sweet potato, this is the stingiest I’ve ever seen them be they usually give good portions I don’t know what was going on tonight. I let them know may they please change the roasted burnt sweet potatoes and they said that all of the potatoes are chard and burnt, this is very bad customer Service and very unprofessional and not fair to customers that are spending money on food at a restaurant that claims to be quality. I visited Bolay in Coral Springs tonight and had a really positive experience, thanks in large part to the wonderful service we received. One of the things that matters most to me is feeling welcomed the moment we walk into a restaurant, and our server, Sienna, did exactly that. She greeted us warmly right away, which made us feel acknowledged and comfortable from the start.
What really stood out was how accommodating she was. I’m particular about having fresh fish, and when I asked if there was any fresh salmon coming out, Sienna didn’t just give me what was available. Instead, she made sure I got two fresh pieces of salmon, which I really appreciated. It showed that she truly cared about our experience and was willing to go the extra mile. She was also very patient and friendly with my mom and sister, making the whole meal pleasant for all of us.
Overall, the great customer service we received from Sienna definitely made our visit memorable. We’ll be happy to come back again!

Delicious vegan bowls. Garlic sauce is amazing. Everyone I've brought here to try it has loved it. Even my non-vegan friends. Great food but the only complaint I have is they don't keep the dining room clean enough. They need to wipe the tables down. It's hard to find a table that's not sticky. I've been there are many times and more often than not the tables are not wiped down. The food is awesome. The employees are very friendly as they should be but they need to take care of the tables. Just because there's no dirty dishes left on the table doesn't mean that it's clean
