My first time shopping at this location turned out to be a complete disaster. I had to throw away all the food because nothing was edible. The burgers I ordered were completely burnt, and the fries were raw and cold. It was simply inedible.

⭐ 1 Star – If I could give zero, I would.
Location: BurgerFi – Coral Springs
Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had — and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time here. I gave them too many chances, but this last visit sealed it.
I’m vegan. I ordered a green-style burger (no bun) they brought it out with buns after 30 minutes of waiting. Not only did they forget my order entirely, they also forgot where I was sitting. My wife had to go inside just to remind them we exist. No apology. No urgency.
When they finally remade it, they still got it wrong again. I had to walk in AGAIN after another 20 minutes just to find my food sitting there cold. No one brought it to our table like they were supposed to. I hadn’t even eaten all day.
Third time’s the charm? Nope. I bite into what should’ve been my green-style vegan burger and it’s covered in BurgerFi sauce (which has mayo). I go back in, ask for the manager — who I had already spoken to earlier — and the guy couldn’t care less. No apology. No accountability. Just blank stares and a dismissive “you’ll have to wait a minute, bro.”
Wait for what? You’ve already wasted an hour of my time and still can’t get a simple vegan order right — even after three tries. I had to yell just to get a response. This isn’t customer service — it’s straight disrespect.
I finally said enough is enough, tossed the food back, and walked out.
Save yourself the headache. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or just expect basic human decency when dining out, BurgerFi Coral Springs will disappoint you every time.
Calling corporate next — this team needs a total reset.
I was going to this burger fi for years. I’ll never be back again!

I make an order online for a fries no salt I get burned dry fries with salt. This is unbelievable how is this restaurants so expensive and they can’t make an order properly made. This is 0 star fast food restaurant.

Subject: Deplorable Service and Food Quality – Extremely Disappointed
I just waited over 40 minutes for a takeout order, and what I experienced was completely unacceptable. The customer service and quality of the food were deplorable. Even the self-proclaimed manager on duty did nothing to address the issue.
The young woman who handled my food was rude, unprofessional, and outright disgusting in her attitude. Her behavior was not only directed toward me but also toward multiple customers while I was there. She refused to take orders, sent people to the kiosk, and when there were problems or questions, she responded with attitude and hostility.
The food I received was cold, messy, and not worth the money or the 40 minutes I wasted waiting for it. I returned it, but I was not refunded the tip I left. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve had good experiences at this location before, but today’s service was beyond disappointing. Every staff member on duty at the time I placed my order (1:54 PM) should be held accountable—and frankly, they should not be in customer service.
This was a horrible experience, and I will not be returning.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. An elderly couple in front of me was asked to use the self-service kiosk to order and pay, but they were clearly struggling. It was frustrating to watch the front register/server completely ignore them. She made no effort to assist, leaving me to step in and help them with their order.
To make matters worse, I overheard staff making dismissive comments like, “Why are they ordering food now? It’s late, I just want to go home.”
As a business owner myself, it’s painful to witness employees who show no pride in their work. The owners and managers of this establishment should pay closer attention to how their staff treats customers.
I’m writing this review while waiting for my food, so I can’t comment on it just yet. I’ll update the review once I’ve tried it. But based on the service, this is a one-star experience for now.
