The manager, a woman in a gray shirt and glasses (could have also been the supervisor/team leader on September 2nd, 2025) was amazing. There was a rude customer trying to pick a fight with people and cutting us in line. She was directly hostile to the customers and staff, but the manager went out of her way to apologize to us for the experience. This was extremely considerate and we appreciated that, as well as the patience and speed of all the staff there.
The food was delicious, and the restaurant was extremely clean and polished. Great experience overall!

We went to eat with my husband and son first thing we saw The place SUPER DIRTY
We ordered our food, and they only brought us the food, not the drinks. While I was eating, there was a fly on my salad. It was so disgusting. I went up to one of the staff, and he said, "Okay, leave it there." He didn't even care not even a SORRY !

Food is always good, but man they cannot get an order right if it slapped them in their face. I guess I’m the problem since I continue to order from them assuming they will get things right. My kids love Chick fil A, and of the last 10 orders, I believe 2 has had everything I asked for. These aren’t different or complicated requests either. It’s just a request to add 1 more item or another drink. I’m not asking for a lot, just the bare minimum. It’s truly my fault for expecting something to get better. Spend your money elsewhere, they won’t get your order right.

Coconut Creek, FL. Great, courteous service with a smile and that famous Chick-fil-A hospitality. They got my drive through order perfect. I got the side salad with 5 grilled nuggets and low calorie dressing under $8.92, a good deal to me. Love the charred tomato crispy red bell peppers you can sprinkle on top.

I don’t recommend this location. They have complete disregard for drive-thru lanes and the speed at which day take care of the customers. One lane was continuously moving and took orders from 10 cars before the second lane even moved. The employee should be paying attention and managing both lanes fairly.
