We ordered our food, and they only brought us the food, not the drinks. While I was eating, there was a fly on my salad. It was so disgusting. I went up to one of the staff, and he said, "Okay, leave it there." He didn't even care not even a SORRY !

This was the first time in my life I’ve had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A—and unfortunately, it was a big one. I waited over 30 minutes for my order with no updates. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t apologize or explain, just placed a new order without saying much. I had to go ask another Chick-fil-A employee what was going on before I finally got some answers. Very disappointing. If you have another location nearby, I highly recommend going there instead. This one completely dropped the ball.

Coconut Creek, FL. Great, courteous service with a smile and that famous Chick-fil-A hospitality. They got my drive through order perfect. I got the side salad with 5 grilled nuggets and low calorie dressing under $8.92, a good deal to me. Love the charred tomato crispy red bell peppers you can sprinkle on top.

This was the first time we've ever been disappointed with service at a Chick-fil-A, as they've consistently provided quality experiences in the past. When we arrived, several tables were available but all were dirty. We had to ask the employee who brought our food to clean a table for us, which shouldn't have been necessary.
Additionally, three of our drinks were missing when our food was delivered. At the time of purchase, the team member gave us two drinks and mentioned the others were being prepared elsewhere, but did not inform us that we needed to collect them from a different area. As a result, we sat down thinking they would be brought to us. Only after realizing they were missing did we go back to the counter to ask. Even then, we had to return to our table and later get up again to collect the drinks once they were ready.
The lack of clear communication and attention to cleanliness made the experience less enjoyable than what we've come to expect from Chick-fil-A
