I came here to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, it turned into a very unpleasant experience. Halfway through my meal, I discovered that a plastic piece from an employee’s earpiece had fallen into my food. This is a serious health and food safety concern that should never happen. I spoke with both the manager and the general manager mike, but I believe this issue warrants further attention. Food handlers should ensure that items like earpieces or headsets are secured and do not pose a contamination risk while preparing customers’ meals. I will also be contacting corporate to report this incident. I hope the restaurant takes the necessary steps to improve its food safety practices so that no other customer has a similar experience.

Hello, today, August 14 at 6:15pm I picked up my to go on order in chilis and when I came home to eat it with my parents the Big QP burger was red, the meat was almost like rare cooked but it was less like it was raw, and I’m concerned about it since it never happened before and also that I don’t like that, I don’t like that I don’t have the option online on how well I want the meat to be cooked since I like my meat Well done and very good cooked and no redness on the inside, I went to the bathroom to vomit it since it was making my stomach feel nauseous

I did a Grubhub order here last night and I wasn’t disappointed. My order arrived a lot sooner than it was anticipated for, and it was still fairly hot. Everything arrived, and it packed neatly. I ordered 2 beef slider, cooked medium, and they were delicious. I also ordered the Nashville hot chicken strips, and they were good. Not as “hot” as I was expecting and a little on the salty side. It came with 2 sides, rice and mac and cheese, each were equally tasty. I don’t know that I would order the Nashville again, just because of the high slat content. If it was less salty I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more. Nevertheless less, the restaurant delivered, and I was full with a lot of left overs.

Still great and relevant after all these years. Reasonably priced. Don’t forget to get the skillet queso with your chips and salsa! Fajitas, ribs and burgers are our favorites.

Had a great experience at Chili’s. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted exactly as expected. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was quick even though it was fairly busy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for good food and great service.
