The food was good and tasted kinda fresh but wasn’t as appetizing as I remember others being. The cashier and person doing the food were friendly and fast to help and accommodate.
Waiting 20min in store for an order that was placed online. Arrived 15min after it was placed. Poor kid was by himself with at least 10 orders and not one of the other employees even walked over to help. I kept getting told its coming while they were doing nothing but talking audibly about their personal lives. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and unexceptable.
I ordered five Chipotle bowls for dinner with the usual—rice, beans, chicken, corn, and lettuce. We got home, opened the bags, and… what the heck is this? The portions were ridiculously small, like baby-sized servings. We’ve ordered the same thing plenty of times before, and this was nowhere near the normal amount. For the price, this was beyond disappointing.Come on, Chipotle!!! if I’m paying full price, I expect a full meal, not a half empty bowl.
Once again I received someone else’s order. you can’t call the store and explain to them what happened. You get lost in a menu and they tell you to email them or they sent you an email. There is no more customer service from these people. Truly, the lowest common denominator must work there, because nine times out of 10 my order is always wrong. They do a lot of refunding. They probably would make a lot more profit if they actually got people’s orders right. I don’t know who Melissa Sousa is, but I have her order. Lol
I may have allowed the little kid to provoke me to anger , May the Lord forgive me but this is what they served me below.YES this is how my food came out the package. Looks like it was pulled from the garbage. And they had No remorse , no apology, tried to humiliate me in front of everyone and told me to get to the back of the line. He also asked me "why are you telling me?" As I was complaining about how the condition of the food. The shift manager and the people who prepared my order showed no sympathy. I also purchased double protein and beans and got less than the original portions. Do better but I forgive you all but will never return to this location absolutely ever. No respect for my money or time.
