This Culver's location lacks customer service in the most fundamental way. I placed a "curdside" order and it never came out. I had to go inside to pick it up because it was 10 minutes after the time promised. Chelsea was extremely rude. I asked her if they have my food and she just glared at me. Once she handed me my food she said nothing to me. I looked in my bag to see if I have a sauce and she rolled her eyes at me. It was after 9:00, but they don't close until midnight. I've never been treated so poorly.
Edit: the manager promptly messaged me back and told me that I was parked in the wrong spot for "curdside" orders. There wasn't really any signage that directed me to the proper area and I came in on the side opposite of the drive-thru which is apparently where the pickup spots are. Alex was apologetic about Chelsea's behavior and followed up better than most businesses, especially a fast food establishment. I was rather impressed with his attention to the matter and beyond Chelsea, I would say that this is a good place to eat because the food was good. I got a Reuben and onion rings with a water and a sauce.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Kendrick, the manager at this Culver’s! His customer service was top-notch — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely caring. You don’t see that kind of energy or professionalism much these days, especially at a fast food place. My food was fresh and tasty, and the onion rings were perfect! Great prices too. Hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Keep it up, Kendrick and team! 👏🍔🍟 Ohhhh and the chocolate ice cream was great!

Love the food, love the staff more. I don't really like ordering at Drive Thru as that seems to always messed up my order, but ordering online or in person, works best for me. Great food, affordable options, yummy desserts. Perfect to hang out.
