Had gone to the other location they have in Boca. It didn’t disappoint the 1st place so decided to give this one a try. Their food is super yummy and fresh. Love their chicken with cilantro sauce also the fried cheese chunks with the guava. Our server was beyond courteous and attentive. He treated us like if we were regulars. He was awesome. There’s a small outside sitting area which is also nice and they had a musician playing. Great spot !! Great food! Good atmosphere to go enjoy any meal!

The chicharrones with guac were delicious. Service was really good. Anita was an awesome server. She was friendly and attentive. Everything on the menu looked really good. I will be back for more. The coffee was off the hook!

Dine in: Ms. Nahomy was excellent. Attentive, friendly, smart, sweet, detailed, humble-that’s the best part! An asset to El Balcon De Las Americas. If I return I will request her again. Presentation was 👍🏽, food great and tasty. Music not loud so you can hear each other speaking. Great, relaxed ambience.

What a wonderful experience! Great value, good food and a cute atmosphere. Definitely a ton of bang for your buck and the tostones were the best I’ve ever had! Thanks to Alejandra for the wonderful service.

The staff was attentive, kind, & friendly. The food was amazing, & came out of the kitchen extremely fast, portions were huge ! Prices were fair. & The drinks are incredible. Definitely will be back! Thank you for a lovely experience, El Balcòn ! P.s. Your restaurant is very CLEAN!!!
