⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience at Ethos Greek Bistro! We had lunch at Ethos today and were absolutely delighted. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, and very pleasant—perfect for a relaxed lunch. The food was simply outstanding. Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care. Every detail reflected how much the kitchen values traditional Greek cuisine. The service also deserves special recognition. Our waitress, Audrey, was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made the entire experience even more special. This was truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the area. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Greek food. Congratulations to the entire team! 👏🇬🇷

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If the gods of Mount Olympus ever abandoned their golden halls in search of perfection among mortals, they would find it at Ethos. Zeus himself would set aside his thunderbolt in admiration, Athena would applaud the wisdom and grace of the team, and Dionysus would raise a toast to an experience worthy of legend. My server, Mihaela, was nothing short of a divine emissary. Her warmth, attentiveness, and effortless hospitality transformed an ordinary visit into an epic worthy of Homer. Every recommendation felt inspired by the Oracle of Delphi, every interaction carried the elegance of the goddesses themselves, and she anticipated every need before I even spoke. And then there is Manager Peppa—the true architect of this modern-day Olympus. Leading with poise, kindness, and excellence, Peppa has clearly created a place where every guest is treated like royalty. It is rare to encounter leadership that inspires such genuine care throughout an entire team, but it shines in every detail here. This wasn't simply five-star service—it was ambrosia for the soul. Ethos has achieved something beyond excellence; it has ascended into mythology. If the Fates themselves were weaving the perfect dining experience, this is what they would create. I will return again and again, for even the gods know when they have found paradise.

Ethos Greek Bistro is a fantastic spot with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. During the day, there’s plenty of shade and lots of fans, making it very comfortable while keeping flies and mosquitoes away. Very important for Florida!!! The Ethos Plate was the perfect choice for me, paired with a fresh Greek salad and a delicious gyro. The Greek wine selection was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. The location is wonderful, and it's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing walk around the area after dinner.

Love the food always, but this time our waitress Galilea made our meal even more flavorful with her charming personality. It has been a while since we had a great service. We thank you for your recommendations and for making of our little meal something to talk about.

I’ve been missing Greece and seeing as I’m not gonna be able to make it out there this year I went on a little Greek bench every day different Greek place today was ethos. I’ve been here many of the times before it’s always a great choice Very Few bad meals ever had here sometimes you just come on off day but today was a great day. Nice ice cold beer, very flavorful and perfectly cooked spanakopita and bifteki wrap Fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside and that Taziki sauce aces. A good day
