Dvash is the real deal for fresh, and delicious Mediterranean food! Everything was so good. The sabich crepe was my favorite and their cappuccinos are also bold and perfect. They provide heaters for the outdoor patio on chilly days. Our server Gabriel was prompt and took care of everything we asked for. We will definitely be back!

Dinner at Dvash was intentional, soulful, and beautifully composed from start to finish. DVASH is located at:
8208 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33434
We began in the Hummus Corner with the Haifa Warm Hummus, featuring sautéed eggplant and roasted pine nuts, served with pita and pickles. The hummus was creamy and rich with gentle smokiness from the eggplant, while the pine nuts added warmth and texture. The pita was incredibly fluffy and light, warm and pillowy, perfect for scooping. The sour pickles on the side were excellent, bright and crunchy, cutting through the richness of the hummus beautifully.
The Soup of the Day was a lentil soup special, and the portion was so generous that we probably would have been better off splitting a cup instead of ordering a bowl. Even splitting a bowl, it felt almost like a meal on its own. Hearty, deeply filling, slow cooked, and well seasoned, it was comforting and substantial in the best way.
Chef’s Cauliflower was a standout. Perfectly roasted so it had that lightly crisp edge with a tender center, then paired with beet tahina, roasted almonds, golden raisins, and sesame. The beet tahina brought an earthy sweetness and creamy depth, the almonds added crunch, and the golden raisins gave little pops of sweetness that balanced everything out. It is one of those dishes that feels both bright and comforting at the same time.
We also ordered the Beet Carpaccio, omitting the parmesan to keep it vegan. Thinly sliced beets were tender and naturally sweet, paired with roasted pistachios and micro cilantro. Even without the cheese, the dish was vibrant, elegant, and beautifully textured.
For the main course, we had the Tofu Jerusalem Mix, served with quinoa. The sautéed tofu with onions, mushrooms, and Mediterranean spices delivered bold, savory flavor, while the quinoa made the dish grounding and satisfying without heaviness.
Everything we ate was fully vegan, though it does not have to be. This is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by vegans and non vegans alike, making it an excellent choice for a mixed crowd. The menu is thoughtfully designed with many plant forward dishes, and several items can be easily adapted to suit different dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or experience.
Beyond the food, we noticed the We Will Dance Again sign displayed inside. It was presented with respect and care, felt rooted in remembrance and humanity, and did not come across as political. A quiet and meaningful presence in the space.
Dvash delivers food that is balanced, flavorful, and intentional. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and deeply satisfying. A place that feeds both the body and the spirit, and one we will absolutely return to.twd — at Dvash Mediterranean fusion.

My wife brought me to Dvash for my birthday lunch and we really enjoyed it. We came on a Sunday around noon so we took advantage of the bottomless mimosas and bellinis. The Bellinis were especially on point. At first it seems pricey but their food was really tasty and portion sizes were generous so the prices are justified. We over ordered, as we tend to do, so we had plenty to take home to be enjoyed the following day. My wife especially loved the stuffed grape leaves while my favorite was the stuffed grilled pitas. There hummus game is strong too. The only thing we didn't enjoy was their schnitzel sandwich which was under-salted and their fries/chips which were also under-salted and not crispy. For dessert, we had their warm skillet carrot cake which was delicious and clearly homemade in the best way. This place has some good eats!

Dropped in for lunch. Great menu choices. We decided on focchia flatbread with goat cheese and figs. Chef's kiss! The chicken shawarma pita sandwich had great spices. The hummus we really enjoyed.
