Great service , Good people. Visibly Open and clean kitchen. Gotta be one of the cleanest kitchens in restaurants I’ve seen- they’re constantly cleaning here. Foods great would like a bit extra meat ,eggs and scallions in rice but still good. Young chow rice is awesome see photo below
This place has gone down the toilet. I lived in the area last year and used to order there. Food always came hot and good. Now, wonton soup was mushy and old tasting. Shrimp fried had just onions and shrimp, wasn't stir fried. Egg roll was cold. Bad experience. I called and the person who answered didn't care at all..
The tall white guy was very kind and helpful. However, a girl came out and was extremely rude. I’m giving 3 stars only because of the guy’s good service.
Their food is great, but this is third time where I've told them I have a shrimp allergy and I still got shrimp in my food. I ordered the Singapore fried rice and very clearly said no crustaceans. It came with a major allergy warning. And it keeps being ignored.
Food was ordered for delivery. Disgusting and sloppy. I called back and told the lady the issue with the food and she said that I lied because I told her my entire order was messed up. She then hung up on me several times and told me if I want a refund to call my credit card company and she won’t take another order from me again. Mind you this is the first time I have ever ordered and called to complain about my order. My white rice was missing the food was cold wings fried hard no extra scallions and broccoli was soft when I specifically asked for the exact opposite of what I ordered. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
