The chicken Alfredo showed up steaming hot, but that was about the only thing it had going for it. The sauce had almost no flavor, and the chicken was cut into pieces so tiny Campbell’s chicken noodle soup puts it to shame. Service didn’t help the situation either. It was slow—painfully slow—with no real urgency from the staff. Matter-of-fact: it was bland, the chicken was tiny, and the service dragged. Not a meal I’d recommend.
My husband had the lasagna (incredible). I had eggplant parm and homemade fettuccine with marinara. Sorry for the pictures from after we ate but it was sooooo good.
Silvania made our entire experience unforgettable—she is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She paired her warmth and attentiveness perfectly with Tana’s incredible cuisine. The pizza was outstanding, the meatballs in their rich, flavorful marinara were perfection, and the lamb chops were cooked beautifully and absolutely delicious. Every bite exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Exceptional food, impeccable service, and truly a hidden gem in Coral Springs!
I am writing this not to be disparaging, but in hopes that management will reflect on their current service model. While your standard replies to reviews mention "striving for a pleasant experience" and "treating guests with love," my recent experience felt like the opposite of that. We sat in the outdoor section and waited 20 minutes for menus, followed by a 30 minute wait just for bread. Our main courses took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I eventually realized the entire operation was being run by just one chef and one server. The issue isn't the small staff, it’s the lack of communication. If a kitchen is that backed up, it is the responsibility of the establishment to inform guests before they order so they can decide if they have the time to wait. Instead, we were left in the dark. When I finally went inside to explain that we had an appointment and could no longer wait after 90 minutes, the response was dismissive. Being told "wait a moment" and then having the chef react with anger claiming a 90 minute wait is "normal" is not "treating customers with love” (as they claim in their review responses). It is a disregard for the client’s time and schedule. I hope the owners realize that honesty about wait times would prevent this frustration for both the clients and the overworked staff. Kindness goes both ways, but it starts with transparency.
We sat outside on this beautiful night with the fountain bubbling. Silvana and the food were both fantastic! The little pizza bread bites were so addicting with the delicious pesto. We also had chicken Parm focaccia/ Piadina - it was scrumptious. And the lasagna was creamy and yummy and bubbling hot! Silvana was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
