A close older friend wanted to go here for there birthday, tried to talk them out of it from previous experiences. Sadly could not :( :(
Even though the location was almost empty on a Monday night service was erratic and slow!
Ordered the white clam chowder and it came out partially yellow colored. The taste was worse than it looked. That thankfully was credited after a little confusion even though the server was not surprised by me returning the soup. My dinner companions said they should of returned their soups also as the lobster bisque was not much better.
The meals came out almost within seconds of the soup, again in an almost empty restaurant... Very sad..
The lobster and shrimp dinners were edible but can't say much more... Red lobster as a restaurant is way past it's prime and this location's food and service was way more than disappointing.
Not sure if they can fix it but would not really anyone to eat here if they want to enjoy a meal.
They ask everyone to contact on Facebook... Why not respond with a name and real contact info to solve customer issues that are obvious if you read other reviews!!! Just another impersonal way of not really helping or caring about customers! After this instead of 2 stars will make it 1 star as it truly shows lack of any customer support or service when dealing with a horrible dining experience at one of your restaurants!

It’s Saturday night and the restaurant wasn’t busy, just clearly understaffed. We were seated quickly but waited ~10 minutes for a server to come to our table and after we put in our full order, we waited another ~10-15min for our drinks (just two sodas), with our salad arriving even before that point. We even had to wait a long time for their famous biscuits to reach our table. I overheard from a waitress that there was no bartender that night and I could see with my eyes that there were no bussers either. Dirty plates piled up throughout our courses (no pre-bussing). Other customers were visibly experiencing the same delays and cluttered tables as well.
I looked around to see what was going on. There was no manager in sight. You would think someone would be running around trying to support their staff so as a team they could provide a great dining experience to their customers..This was not the case and instead the servers were all in the weeds on a slow Saturday night.
Not to mention, the food was disappointing. The new popcorn shrimp is absurdly small. Smaller than literal popcorn, not even exaggerating. The shrimp scampi—something we’ve ordered for years—no longer comes with noodles, which wasn’t clear on the menu. It was just a bowl of shrimp with scampi sauce. Apparently if you want noodles now, you have to order the shrimp scampi Alfredo that comes with linguine and tomato’s as toppings. But that’s not something we’ve ordered before. We just wanted the ‘regular’ shrimp scampi. But it’s not a thing anymore. So I ended up asking for a side of plain noodles just to pour everything onto it to attempt making the original version myself. While eating it, I noticed one of my shrimp (the biggest one) wasn’t deveined. While I know its edible to eat, with all other shrimp on my plate being deveined, and me knowing that the dark line in the shrimp that wasn’t removed is literally its poop, I decided not to eat that one. To top it off, the clam chowder — which I typically look forward to at any restaurant because of its thick, creaminess— was actually very watery with a yellow lining around the sides as if there were too much oil in it.
This isn’t on the servers—it’s a management and corporate issue. Red Lobster used to feel like a quality dining experience; now the service and food quality have dropped significantly. We won’t be back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We have been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting for our food, and no one has come to give us an explanation or even an update on our order.
On top of that, no one has checked on our table, we haven’t been offered any water refills, and it feels like we’ve just been completely ignored. Waiting can happen, but basic communication and customer service should still be a priority.
A simple update or apology would go a long way, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened. This has been a very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service we expected.

Stopped in for lunch… could definitely use better cleaning. Very dusty around. Lamps, tables are scratched and dirty, plates are stained and dirty. Staff barely checked in at the table.. food was fresh.. not tasty won’t be returning, first time here.

The dining room was empty, around 5 tables. The kitchen seemed to be moving a bit slow, as our food took around 25 minutes to arrive after ordering. When it did, the seafood boil was good – well-seasoned and enjoyable. Overall, the food was just okay, not spectacular, but not bad either. If they can speed up the food delivery, it would definitely improve the experience.
