The best place for phillys or any food omg everything there is delicious … the customer service was so up top… the cashier was so nice I wasn’t sure what type of Philly I wanted but she was willing to take the time allday with me to figure out which one considering I am also from out of state lmao Loved it … the waitress was perfect I am actually on my way back today Happy 4th of July 🥰 🇺🇸

Ordered “hot” wings expecting the usual fake tough-guy spice. Nope. These things actually brought the heat AND tasted amazing. Rare combo. Crispy wings, perfect sauce, and just enough spice to make me rethink my confidence halfway through the basket. Cole was fantastic too. Super attentive, quick service, and somehow always appeared right when we needed something like a wing-serving ninja. Definitely coming back. Possibly with extra napkins and emotional support….

I have been coming to spankys for over 20 years , the food and service is always great . Unfortunately this specific time I come home to Florida me whole service was completely trash ! I asked for the margate wrap like always with extra cheese , I notice that it wasn’t extra cheese so I told the waitress the waitress told the “manager “ and all he did was slap a piece a cheese on it . Horrible service and then he didn’t even come speak to us and apologize we had to ask for him serval times and he said “I’m cooking his name is Johnny

Great spot for some chili and cheesesteak! They are a staple in the community and one of the best places to get a cheesesteak.

I was introduced to SPANKY’S Cheesesteak Factory originally through UberEats. But I’ve since started going to pickup dinner on the way home. I downloaded their app and was able to order my dinner after a LONG HARD day, not realizing I was ordering closer to closing. Thankfully the staff was AMAZING and beyond kind. They greeted me and made me feel welcome as I waited for my order. The restaurant was clean and spacious with great music in the background. Gina & Mel (the ladies helping me) even wrote a sweet message on my takeout container brightening up my night! I give this place 5 stars for their great food and extra bonus stars for outstanding service!!! Thanks for more than just a tasty dinner. ⭐️✨🌟
