The only reason I’m giving one star is because that’s the minimum allowed. It deserves zero stars. On Christmas night, I ordered a few different combination meals for the family and upon arrival I was missing two combination meals. I called five times to get this fixed and they kept insisting they needed to transfer me to the manager and every time they transferred me to the manager the manager said something that I couldn’t even comprehend and hung up on me five times I called and this happened absolutely inexcusable the worst experience. How dare you ruined Christmas dinner for my family?
Very nice customer service. Overpriced for what you get. Got a large vegetable Lomein that was dry and only got broccoli and onions. Would appreciate more veggies like carrots and cabbage.
I have been ordering Chinese from this place for over 10 years since we moved to the area. They’re always are so respectful, and always consistent on how good the food and service is. Never forgets anything in our order.. I’ve read other reviews and I don’t know or want to discredit their experience but ours has been wonderful for 10 years.
Being made to wait an extra 15 minutes when I received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup is unacceptable and a little bit silly. The person working was rude and blamed me for being there too early. I see similar reviews regarding this establishment. Head nextdoor and go to Hamachi's instead better food and better service.
Worst 1st experience ever normally when you order from a Chinese restaurant when you call, they normally have their own delivery, correct they charge 3-4 dollars delivery charge that’s what I normally pay well not knowing this place says they use Uber eats or door dash which I was paying cash which I don’t know how they figure that out, but they said your delivery fee is $7.25 which we just ordered soup lo mein and rice. I’ve never heard such a thing first of all the food had no taste I ordered a young chow fried rice no taste. My husband ordered hot and sour soup never in all our years ordering it has vegetables in it corn potatoes never saw that and the chicken lo mein. The lo mein was hard as hell. It was an experience I will never do again the thing that deterred me was the delivery fee and then I get the receipt it said Toro delivery never heard of that. I will never order from them again. Food was shitty. They’re very rude on the phone and they try to make it like they’re having an answering service but it’s not it’s their own family answering the phones.
