I have been ordering Chinese from this place for over 10 years since we moved to the area. They’re always are so respectful, and always consistent on how good the food and service is. Never forgets anything in our order.. I’ve read other reviews and I don’t know or want to discredit their experience but ours has been wonderful for 10 years.
Worst 1st experience ever normally when you order from a Chinese restaurant when you call, they normally have their own delivery, correct they charge 3-4 dollars delivery charge that’s what I normally pay well not knowing this place says they use Uber eats or door dash which I was paying cash which I don’t know how they figure that out, but they said your delivery fee is $7.25 which we just ordered soup lo mein and rice. I’ve never heard such a thing first of all the food had no taste I ordered a young chow fried rice no taste. My husband ordered hot and sour soup never in all our years ordering it has vegetables in it corn potatoes never saw that and the chicken lo mein. The lo mein was hard as hell. It was an experience I will never do again the thing that deterred me was the delivery fee and then I get the receipt it said Toro delivery never heard of that. I will never order from them again. Food was shitty. They’re very rude on the phone and they try to make it like they’re having an answering service but it’s not it’s their own family answering the phones.
Being made to wait an extra 15 minutes when I received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup is unacceptable and a little bit silly. The person working was rude and blamed me for being there too early. I see similar reviews regarding this establishment. Head nextdoor and go to Hamachi's instead better food and better service.
Best God damn homemade egg rolls in America... also I never had a bad experience ever and I've been eating there around 7-8 years...the chicken fried rice is the best I've ever had & egg drop soup is made from scratch as are the egg rolls and the dumplings.... 99% of all Chinese restaurants besides Mainland & 2 others in America order all of those things frozen premade....so I really don't know what these other reviews are talking about maybe just sour people period talking trash
When you order on the phone, and you don’t tell them, they always give you the ‘Large’ size rather than ask you first. A $30 meal turns into a $60 meal REAL fast. Deceptive.
